Responsible for deployment of all project and program control technology.
Worked closely with the management team to develop the earned value
management (EVM) program. Fully responsible for implementation of the EVM
process across the organization. Operation Controls Specialist duties include
budget establishment and monitoring, scope and change management, project
reporting, including tracking of key performance indicators (KPI), risk
identification and management, record retention and retrieval system
establishment and maintenance, vendor information control, and parts
inventory control.
Key Achievements:
· Developed project management procedures in
conformance with both the PMI PMBOK and ISO 10006:2004, facilitating
Echogen’s achievement of certification under ISO 9001:2008.
· Successfully deployed Primavera P6 Enterprise
scheduling tool allowing improved management of company resources utilizing a
solution that will integrate with any future ERP system selected by the

provide project control support, including all cost and schedule reports for
all stakeholders. Additional responsibilities included co-development of
baseline schedules with the contractors and participation in the owner’s
defense for schedule related claims. Other duties included the administration
of construction budgets and schedules, development and negotiation of
contract changes, managed the processing of invoices, submittals, information
requests and change requests.
Key Achievements:
· Developed and maintained cost loaded schedules for
$1.4 billion of work tracking 30+ active projects.
· Administered two construction contracts for the City
of Cleveland during the 2002 construction season with a total value exceeding
$4.4 million.
· Developed the budget and schedule for the phased
$100+ million relocation of a portion of the NASA Glenn Research Center,
monitored progress, generated earned value reports and used the information
to analyze contractor and consultant pay requests.
